I’ve spent the entirety of my adult life knowing something was wrong but honestly beg too lazy to deal with it… until it was completely taking over my life. I am so lucky to have had the opportunity to work with and learn from you. Growing up with eating disorders started my habits off on a bad path, and I still have a long way to go, but you make me believe that I can one day have a truly peaceful relationship with food and my body.
Yesterday I woke up and I was like, 'Holy crap. I feel good!' I'm so sure I was annoying about it. I've woken up refreshed and haven't felt anxious in a couple days. I have more energy and I've been super happy. I'm also very sure people are annoyed with me talking about guts... I'm feeling less bloated and I don't have epilepsy twitches as much as I used to. My skin is also A LOT clearer."
